PFB : Purchase of Insulation Industries
PFB Corp., USA intends to acquire Insulation Industries Inc. from Nascor Inc. in order to increase its expanded polystyrene foam business. Insulation Industries had sales of about US$1,3 million last year. PFB agreed to pay US$635,000 for the firm and expects to finalize the deal June 9.
