Maag: Takeover of WIL-MAN
The Maag Textron Group has taken over the german screen changer manufacturer WIL-MAN and will integrate the company including all its employees into Maag’s german subsidiary. A new service center for polymer filtration will be built at WIL-MAN’s site in order to serve customers all over the world.
