Lamson & Sessions Co., USA announces a US$65 million deal to buy Ameriduct Worldwide Inc., USA. Lamson & Sessions will pay US$54 million in cash and assume about $11 million in debt for the privately held company. The deal is scheduled to close by the end of the year.
