SML/ Erema: Inline system from PET scrap to film
SML Maschinengesellschaft mbH, Austria, and recycling specialist Erema have jointly developed an inline system for the processing of used polyester bottles into film and boards. The system combines all the processing steps as cleaning and granulating of the used bottles, melting and extrusion. The produced film meets the requirements of the American Food & Drug Administration (FDA) and the European International Life Science Institute (EU-ILSI).
