It is a machine for air cooling of blow film extrusion process.
In fact, cooling of the air in film production process is the key factor for:
- production increase (up to 20 %)
- 30 % energy saving if compared with a traditional system
- better and stable product quality
- higher brightness and transparency of the film
- max. productivity 24 h on 24
The company developed its own control allowing the machine reaching lower working temperature (very close to 0°C).
