Rexam plc is selling ist polyethylene blown film plant in Lakeville to Tyco Plastics LP subsidiary Sunbelt Manufacturing Inc. for US$12 million. The facility produces a range of films for the construction industry. It employs 94 and has annual sales of US$37 million, London-based Rexam said.
