Advanced Environmental Recycling Technologies Inc., USA, will invest US$18 million to construct a production facility for its composite decking and railing. The new facility, scheduled to start production in 2003, will be the firm’s second in Springdale, Ark. The firm scored a success by forming a partnership with Lowe’s Home Improvement Warehouse.
