Corelco: Pre-wired corrugated pipes
Since 1993 Corelco has developed production lines for pre-wired corrugated pipe by a continuous extrusion process. This process produces corrugated pipes, in one go, with electrical wires inside. The corrugated pipes, made of polyolefin or PA, are extruded directly around the electrical wires, which are introduced in the extrusion die head. Produced at high speed (25 to 30 m/min) the pre-wired corrugated pipe is coiled in different sizes. The Corelco machinery offers a large range of pre-wired corrugated pipe with 1–6 electrical wires according to pipe diameter, with or without pulling wire, to enable end-users to achieve significant time savings when installing electrical systems. Corelco has also introduced a line of plastic extrusion machines that produce a twin corrugated pipe made of polyolefin, extruded directly around the cross linking pipe they protect. This flexible and finished product also enables end-users to achieve significant time savings when installing water and heating networks in a building. Furthermore, Corelco can produce equipment for plastic netting (PE, PP, PVC) by continuous extrusion of a square mesh tubular net structure. These nettings are used in a variety of applications, including automatic packaging, fencing protection, wind-breaks and filtration.
