Checking the Lubrication, Gearing


Maintenance Interval:

• The first oil change is required after approx. 250 operating hours
• Further oil changes should be conducted every 2000 operating hours

Instruction / Oil change procedure:

ATTENTION: Use only lubrication oils according to the manual/specification

• Switch off the machine
• Drain the gear oil (in warm condition) through the drain plug into a suitable container
• Rinse out the oil sludge using fresh gear oil
• Fill with oil up to the oil level gauge
• Switch on the machine and let run for five minutes
• Switch off the machine
• Fill with oil up to the oil level gauge

Note: The filter cartridge has to be replaced or cleaned each time the oil is changed
